These I77 Ai Service Credit Terms ("Terms") form an agreement between you and I77 Ai, INC. (along with our affiliates) and outline the terms and conditions governing your purchase, receipt, or use of any credits applicable to our Services ("Service Credit").

2. Terms and Conditions

• 2.1 Prepaid Service Credits - I77 Ai may provide the option to prepay for specific Services via the purchase of credits ("Prepaid Service Credits"). Prepaid Service Credits represent funds paid in advance for Services. Additional conditions may apply to particular Services.
• 2.2. Promotional Service Credits - We may also issue Service Credits at no charge as part of promotional campaigns ("Promo Service Credits"). These Promo Service Credits are not subject to any sales, use, gross receipts, or similar transaction taxes that may apply to you.
• 2.3. Non-Monetary Nature of Service Credits - Service Credits do not represent legal tender or currency, are non-redeemable and non-refundable, and do not hold any intrinsic cash or fiat currency value. They are non-transferable and are strictly for use with the designated Services.
• 2.4. Finality and Expiration of Credits - All purchases, including those of prepaid Services, are final. Service Credits are non-refundable and expire one year from the date of purchase or issuance, unless otherwise stated.
• 2.5. Account Balance Management - You may review your Service Credit balance within your I77 Ai account. Responsibility for verifying that the correct Service Credit amount is added or deducted lies solely with you. Note, your balance is not a bank account, digital wallet, or payment device.
• 2.6. Non-Transferability - I77 Ai strictly prohibits the transfer, sale, gifting, or trading of Service Credits. Any evidence of such actions may result in the termination or cancellation of Service Credits, suspension of account access, and forfeiture of remaining credits, without refund.
• 2.7. Suspension or Termination Rights - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Services usage in accordance with the Agreement, which may include termination of your Service Credit balance, as permitted by law.

I77 Ai reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting updates on our website or by notifying the email address associated with your account. Changes take effect upon posting or as specified in email notifications. Your continued use of any Service Credit after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
